Smoked Chicken Drumsticks In Just 3 Easy Steps By SMB Recipes (Gujarati)



Ingredients



  •  8 pcs Chicken drumsticks
  •  2 tbsp vinegar (sarko)
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp black salt 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tbsp oil 
How To Make 
Step-1
pehla chicken na legs par cut muko taake yehna andar tak masalo poche
pachi yeh legs ne ek bowl ma lo ane yehma sarko, ginger-garlic paste, black salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and oil nakho ane barabar mix karilo ...
pachi aa mixture ne 1 hour maate side par mukido taake yehna par masalo chadi sake....

Step-2 
Hawe ek pan lo ane yehne medium flame par garam thawado.... pachi yehma legs piece muko and pan ne cover karido ane medium flame par cook thawa do for 10 mins 
then pan ne kholo and legs piece ne turn karo ... so biji side si bhi barabar cook thai... turn kara baad pan ne pacho cover kari dejo ane 10 mins maate cook karjo on medium flame 

Step-3
hawe ek kolso(coal) nu piece lo ane yehne garam karo....
pachi silver foil nu small piece lo ane yehne pan ma muko ane yehna par garam kolso muko....ane yehna par thodo oil nakhjo
ane pachi pan ne cover karido....
kolso nu pooro dhowo niklijawa dejo ane pachi panne kholjo...
chicken drumsticks ready 
green chutney and sliced onion saathe serve karjo
