Su Jose:
- Namak
- 750 gm gosh boneless
- 2 pyaj barik kapela
- 2 tamatar barik kapela
- pa chamchi haldi
- 1 tbspn adrak-lasan paste
- 1 tbspn dhana jeeru powder
- 2 tbspn lal marcha
- 2 cup dahi
- 4-5 mari, lavang ane elaichi
- 2 tej patta
- 2 cup tel
- kothmir
* Masala taste na hisab si adjust kari sako chho....
Banawani Reet:
- Cooker ma tel garam karo ane ehma mari, lavang, tej patta ane pyaj nakhi ne fry kari lo....
- Pacchi adrak lasan paste nakho ane tamatar ane baki na masala nakhi do....
- Tamatar barabar mix thai jai waha tak thava do....
- Last ma dahi nakho ane tel chhutva tak thava do.... Pachhi gas par si lai lo....
- Pachhi gosht ne tel ma fry kari ne cooker ma nakhi do....
- 1 glass garam pani nakhi ne cooker ma thava do.... Namak swad na hisab si add karo.... 10-15 minutes thava do....
- Piraswane kothmir chhirki me roti ya paratha sathe serve karo....
