Alefiyaben Lokhandwala,  Ahmedabad
- Roti sathe levai chhe....  
Ingredient :-
Palak
Chicken minch
Green chilli
Garlic
Zeeru
Red chilli powder
Turmic powder
Chopped onion
Cream
Salt
Gg paste
Garam masala
Method :-
First divide palak in two portion frm one portion blanch n make purey n from other one chopped finely n keep it aside
Merinet chicken with gg paste n salt n make minch of it now add red chilli powder n garam masala to it
In one pan take lil oil n add zeeru when it crackel add chopped onions cook for while than add chopped green chillis n garlic n salt to it  than add palak purey n saute than add turmic powder than add chopped palak n garam masala .
With this take another pan take oil n  make koftas of chicken in it now add cream to koftas n add palak gravy to koftas n put lid on pan n let it cook for 5 mins on slow flame ....served with roti..
