Bacheli roti ya fulka ya partha ehno malido roti ne hath si rub kri masli ne barik kari ehne asli ghee ma bhni lo pachhi ehne bija bartan ma nikali lo n thoru su ghee lai ehma gundar tali lo pachhi gunder ne plate ma nikali lo pachhi yej bartan ma gol no paak banawi ne ehma kaju badam n khopra no buro nakhi ne mix kari lo pachhi bhuneli roti nakhi do ehna baad malido serve kare te time pr uper se gunder nakhi lewanu
There was 1 lady in our neighbour who make and send.Since long time want to have this receipe.1 doubt i have tht v fry the roti or just saute in ghee?

ReplyDeleteU can make shakker no malido too of tht ground roti .. All mix together nd pour v hot ghee... It bcums yummy
